"The Business Leader's Bootcamp: Essential Skills and Strategies" is a comprehensive course designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today's fast-paced business environment. Based on the principles outlined in the books "The Personal MBA," "The Ten-day MBA," "Power: Why Some People Have It and Others Don’t," “Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion” and “Thinking, Fast and Slow”, this course covers a wide range of topics including leadership and management, strategic planning and decision-making, marketing and branding, financial management, operations and supply chain management, power and influence, persuasion and negotiation, creativity and innovation, and communication and presentation skills.
Throughout the course, participants will engage in interactive discussions, group activities, and case studies to develop a deep understanding of the concepts and strategies covered. They will also have the opportunity to apply these skills and strategies to real-world business situations and receive feedback from experienced instructors. Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel as business leaders and drive their organizations to success.
Day 1:
Lesson 1: Introduction to the Personal MBA and the Ten-day MBA
Overview of the concepts and frameworks covered in the personal MBA and the Ten-day MBA
Setting goals and developing a personal development plan
Lesson 2: Leadership and management
The role of leadership in organizations
Different leadership styles and when to use them
Managing teams and projects effectively
Advanced concepts in leadership and management, such as emotional intelligence and servant leadership
Day 2:
Lesson 3: Strategic planning and decision-making
Understanding the strategic planning process
Analyzing and evaluating options using tools such as SWOT and PEST analysis
Making effective decisions in complex situations
Advanced concepts in strategic planning and decision-making, such as scenario planning and decision trees
Lesson 4: Marketing and branding
The principles of marketing and branding
Developing and implementing a marketing plan
Building and maintaining a strong brand
Advanced concepts in marketing and branding, such as customer segmentation and customer lifetime value

Day 3:
Lesson 5: Financial management
Understanding financial statements and ratios
Managing cash flow and budgeting
Making informed financial decisions

Lesson 8: Persuasion and negotiation

Day 5:
Lesson 9: Creativity and innovation

Techniques for generating and evaluating new ideas

Lesson 10: Communication and presentation skills
The importance of effective communication in business

Navigating the Corporate Jungle: A Course Based on the Principles of "The 48 Laws of Power"
Cost: $3450 | Modality: In-Person | Material: Include | Meeting: Saturdays | 16 Weekends | Time: 8AM to 12PM
In this course, we will explore the principles outlined in Robert Greene's book "The 48 Laws of Power" and how they can be applied in the pursuit of gaining and maintaining power. We will discuss strategies for reputation management, concealment of intentions, and the strategic use of honesty and generosity. We will also explore the importance of action, the power of absence, and the use of fear as a means of control, as well as the importance of maintaining connections and relationships. Ethical considerations and strategies for navigating power dynamics will also be discussed. This course will involve a combination of lectures, discussions, and exercises to help you better understand and apply these principles in your own life.
Changing Your Life Through Purpose and Expectation
Cost: $3450 | Modality: In-Person | Material: Include | Meeting: Saturdays | 16 Weekends | Time: 1PM to 6PM
In this course, we will focus on the importance of mindset and attitude in personal growth and success. We will explore the seven principles of attitude and how they can impact our behavior and outcomes. We will also delve into the concept of accountability and strategies for overcoming challenges and being accountable. Decision making and motivation will be covered, as well as the importance of expectations and purpose in achieving success. We will also discuss the role of habits in shaping our actions and offer strategies for building good habits and breaking bad ones. Through lectures, discussions, and exercises, participants will have the opportunity to assess and improve their mindset, attitude, and habits to achieve their goals and lead a more fulfilling life.
